• all prospective purchasers are required to show valid picture Identification
• we do not require exclusive agreements, although for the best results it is strongly recommended
• pre approvals for a mortgage are not required for our office to make an offer on your behalf but qualifying financials will be required from all prospective purchasers before an offer to purchase can be made
